Traditional birth attendant, Antoinette Die Monti, in the village of Yapleu in western Cote d'Ivoire, in the room where she used to deliver babies in the years before the establishment of a local health centre, and also during the years of the country's civil war (2002 - 2007) when the health centre was closed down.
